Gronau, 04 January 2021 – 2021 will be an exciting year for Bakerman. The Gronau-based company has acquired a stake in Colucci Pizza and more, thus expanding its production expertise. Falk Löffler will take over the management of the company together with Marco Colucci and will continue to work for Bakerman as an authorized signatory. Löffler’s sales management is taken over by Wilhelm Voss. Voss will take the lead in managing national sales. The newest area, namely export, goes into the hands of Lars Feldhues, who joined Bakerman as Commercial Export Manager on 01 October.

(Pizza) baker at heart – That sums it up pretty well. Since summer 2020, it’s official. Bakerman has acquired a stake in the Colucci company, expanding its area of expertise in the production of pizza and pizza snack items. In addition to toured doughs in the form of filled and unfilled croissants, sweet and savory puff pastry products, Plunder snacks and innovative hand breads, the pizza world now also occupies an important place within the product range. Everything from a single source. “We have been able to add a new, innovative member of the family who brings tremendous expertise and exceptional creativity to the pizza business. For what’s in our pipeline, it’s the perfect addition to the future engine of Bakerman and of course that of our customers – nationally and internationally,” emphasizes Heiko Thees, owner of Bakerman. The investment brings changes: Falk Löffler will take over the management of Colucci together with Marco Colucci and will retain his procuration position at Bakerman.
Restructuring Bakerman sales – national and international
FalkLöffler’s position as Sales Manager at Bakerman will in future be taken over by Key Account Manager Wilhelm Voss. Voss joined Bakerman in November 2015 and has extensive industry expertise. Due to his professional experience as Key Account Manager at Hiestand and Suhr (today Aryzta Food Solutions), the Vion Group and Lantmännen Unibake, he was able to acquire excellent know-how, which he was able to apply and expand at Bakerman. Wilhelm Voss will take the lead in structuring and managing sales management on a national level.
The latest Bakerman project is the export sector. And it’s not all that new, because the Gronau-based company has already been working on this project for two years and is now officially opening up to the international market. The preparations have been completed, the planning is in place: with Lars Feldhues, who joined Bakerman as Commercial Export Manager on October 01, 2020, the company has been able to gain an experienced and extremely competent team member for the Export division. Feldhues looks back on an impressive career in sales. Most recently, he was Commercial Manager at Goodlife Foods, where he was responsible for international sales. Previously, Lars Feldhues was with TOLSA and Smithfield Foods.
