As an IFS “Higher Level” certified company, we guarantee the safety and quality for our brand products. The conformity of product safety and quality requirements with the delivered product are standard and, like complete traceability, a matter of course for us. The necessary documentation and quality standards are regularly checked and confirmed by TÜV Nord. We demand IFS certification from all our production facilities and partners in order to provide our customers and consumers with the security and trust that is important in the food segment. Since the beginning of 2011, Bakerman® has been granted the exclusive distribution rights for Germany, Austria and Switzerland by Fa. Mola acquired in Beugen, Netherlands. Here we produce puff pastry products and poultry rolls according to our own recipes and continue to expand the range, thanks to close cooperation and our expertise. Our production facility Mola operates at the highest level and is also IFS Food “Higher Level” certified.

The quality of the products begins with the selection of ingredients. Whenever product characteristics and conditions permit, we adhere to the following quality standards and work diligently to extend them to the entire product line:

- Clean label designation
- No use of colorants and preservatives
- Natural before artificial flavors
- Flavoring, like real bourbon vanilla
- Eggs from KAT certified laying farms
- Chocolate from UTZ certified suppliers
