We operate in accordance with the high standards of the IFS and rely on clear food defense concepts, regular hazard and HACCP analyses, and weekly quality checks of our most important products. In addition, we conduct microbiological tests and maintain close communication with our suppliers—including regular audits. This allows us to identify potential vulnerabilities early on and ensure that our snacks are not only delicious but also completely safe. Furthermore, product safety at Bakerman is a true team effort. All employees are trained, understand their responsibilities, and have access to our quality management manual. Our quality management team is always available to answer questions. This fosters a genuine awareness of quality and hygiene among every team member—and that’s what ultimately makes the difference.
