Wie werde ich während der Ausbildung betreut?

Du bist nie auf dich allein gestellt: Ausbildungsleitung, Abteilungsbetreuer und unser mega Azubi-Team haben immer ein offenes Ohr für dich und begleiten dich durch die Ausbildung. 😎

Wie sieht die Einarbeitung aus?

Es gibt eine organisatorische Einarbeitung, in der du die Abläufe und Prozesse des Unternehmens kennenlernst und eine fachliche Einarbeitung, die dich fit für deine Position macht und dir Sicherheit im Arbeitsalltag gibt. Zudem wird es in deiner Probezeit Feedbackgespräche geben, in denen du erfährst, was schon richtig gut läuft und wo wir dich noch unterstützen können.

Wie läuft der Bewerbungsprozess bei Bakerman ab?

Sobald deine Bewerbung bei uns eingegangen ist, geben wir sie an die entsprechende Teamleitung weiter. Wenn’s passt, dann laden wir dich zuerst zu einem Erstgespräch ein – online oder direkt vor Ort. Im zweiten Gespräch treffen wir uns dann persönlich bei uns, damit wir uns besser kennenlernen können und du gleich einen Eindruck von Bakerman bekommst.

Wie lange dauert die Ausbildung?

Normalerweise dauert die Ausbildung drei Jahre – aber wenn du richtig Gas gibst und (Fach-)Abitur mitbringst, geht’s auch in zwei Jahren!

Wie hoch ist die Ausbildungsvergütung?

Im ersten Jahr liegt die Ausbildungsvergütung bei 950,00 € brutto, im zweiten Jahr bei 1.100,00 € brutto und im 3. Lehrjahr bei 1.250,00 € brutto.

Welche Vorkenntnisse brauche ich für die Ausbildung?

Fachoberschulreife? Perfekt! Fachabi oder Abi? Doppel-perfekt! Alles andere lernst du während der Ausbildung bei uns.

Welche Berufsschule besuche ich während der Ausbildung?

Während der Ausbildung geht’s für dich ans Berufskolleg für Wirtschaft & Verwaltung in Ahaus.

Muss ich ein Anschreiben mitschicken?

Anschreiben? Nicht nötig – dein Lebenslauf reicht völlig aus.

Kann ich mich auch bewerben, wenn ich nicht alle Anforderungen erfülle?

Klar doch! Auch wenn du nicht alle Anforderungen erfüllst, freuen wir uns über deine Bewerbung. Zeig uns einfach, was du kannst und wer du bist – den Rest finden wir gemeinsam heraus.

Kann ich die Ausbildung verkürzen?

Auf jeden Fall! Wenn du in der Berufsschule richtig Gas gibst und Fach-/Abitur mitbringst, dann geht’s auch in zwei Jahren!

Gibt es Weiterbildungs- oder Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten?

Auf jeden Fall! Dafür gibt’s bei uns ein jährliches Fortbildungsbudget, das du für deine persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung nutzen kannst.

Gibt es Übernahmechancen nach der Ausbildung?

Ja – bei guter Leistung ist dein Platz im Team quasi schon reserviert.
