Es gibt eine organisatorische Einarbeitung, in der du die Abläufe und Prozesse des Unternehmens kennenlernst und eine fachliche Einarbeitung, die dich fit für deine Position macht und dir Sicherheit im Arbeitsalltag gibt. Zudem wird es in deiner Probezeit Feedbackgespräche geben, in denen du erfährst, was schon richtig gut läuft und wo wir dich noch unterstützen können.
Klar doch! Auch wenn du nicht alle Anforderungen erfüllst, freuen wir uns über deine Bewerbung. Zeig uns einfach, was du kannst und wer du bist – den Rest finden wir gemeinsam heraus.
Sobald deine Bewerbung bei uns eingegangen ist, geben wir sie an die entsprechende Teamleitung weiter. Wenn’s passt, dann laden wir dich zuerst zu einem Erstgespräch ein – online oder direkt vor Ort. Im zweiten Gespräch treffen wir uns dann persönlich bei uns, damit wir uns besser kennenlernen können und du gleich einen Eindruck von Bakerman bekommst.
