Gronau/ Berlin, March 30, 2021 – Almost 1.8 million people in Germany eat a vegan diet. The reasons for this vary. However, the number is growing steadily. Veganz and Bakerman see great potential in the snack area of the bake-off station. A brand collaboration between the two companies will produce innovative, vegan snacks that can be enjoyed quickly to go.
