Your profile:

  • Completed studies in ecotrophology/food technology or equivalent training; preferably in the field of system catering
  • Practice-oriented, pragmatic and technical expertise in quality management
  • Experience in export and international requirements (e.g. Emirates, USA)
  • Persuasiveness and good communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Profound user knowledge for the MS Office package
  • (Very) good written and spoken German and English skills

  • Creation of certificates and confirmations (including reporting)

  • Participation in the continuous digitalization of our HR processes
  • Support during tax audits

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training, ideally certified personnel specialist
  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in the entire range of personnel processing and payroll accounting,
  • Experience in a medium-sized company environment
  • Good user knowledge of tax and social security law as well as labor law
  • Advanced Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.) and experience with professional personnel management software as well as good general PC user skills
  • High degree of reliability, sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, results-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality
  • Confident communication at different hierarchical levels in German – English desirable
  • Ideally also experience and knowledge in contract management
