Your tasks:
- Procurement and maintenance of the necessary supplier documents
- Specification, declaration and complaint management
- Further development and documentation of internal and store-related QM documentation
- Branch and system partner support on quality-related issues
- Food law assessment and implementation of relevant laws at home and abroad
Your profile:
- Completed studies in ecotrophology/food technology or equivalent training; preferably in the field of system catering
- Practice-oriented, pragmatic and technical expertise in quality management
- Experience in export and international requirements (e.g. Emirates, USA)
- Persuasiveness and good communication skills
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Profound user knowledge for the MS Office package
- (Very) good written and spoken German and English skills
- Fun at work and a great sense of humor!

EMPLOYEE (F/M/D) SNACK CONCEPTS - DISPOSITION/MERCHANDISE TRAFFIC

- Registration of national and international transports
- Goods flow management to our suppliers
- Delivery scheduling and monitoring of goods dispatch to the stores

- Ensuring the exchange of information with our logistics partner
- Organization of special transports
- Processing and handling logistics complaints
- Traceability monitoring
- Inventory control and forecasting
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding/logistics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft, especially Excel
- Knowledge of MS Navision/Dynamics 365 desirable

PERSONNEL SPECIALIST HR (F/M/D)

Your tasks:
- Preparation of payroll accounting in cooperation with our payroll office
- Comprehensive processing of administrative personnel tasks
- Maintenance of employee master data in the personnel management system
- Preparation, follow-up and control of payroll accounting
- Processing of all labor, tax and social security law processes
- Creation of certificates and confirmations (including reporting)
- Creation of evaluations, reports, statistics
- Contact person for our employees, managers, health insurance companies, BG and pension insurance providers
- Active support and involvement in specific HR topics and projects
- Participation in the continuous digitalization of our HR processes
- Support during tax audits
- Training management
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training, ideally certified personnel specialist
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in the entire range of personnel processing and payroll accounting,
- Experience in a medium-sized company environment
- Good user knowledge of tax and social security law as well as labor law
- Advanced Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.) and experience with professional personnel management software as well as good general PC user skills
- High degree of reliability, sense of responsibility and integrity
- Entrepreneurial thinking, results-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality
- Confident communication at different hierarchical levels in German – English desirable
- Ideally also experience and knowledge in contract management
