Your tasks.

Preparing, setting up and converting our machines and systems
Management and development of a team in the area of work preparation and machine set-up
Optimization of production preparation (time, quality, use of resources)
Responsibility for reliable installation, retrofitting, maintenance and cleaning
Implementation and control of shift coordination incl. personnel allocation, shift planning
Ensuring documentation, traceability and quality assurance along the entire preparation chain
Overall responsibility for work preparation in food production, including planning, organization and monitoring of all sub-processes
Monitoring compliance with all legal and operational hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP, occupational safety)

Your profile.

Several years of professional experience in a food-related environment – e.g. in food production, as a machine and plant operator, food specialist or in a food processing profession such as chef – as well as experience in handling automated production systems
Ideally management experience
Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
Willingness to work shifts and flexibility in scheduling
German language skills for confident communication in everyday working life
Experience in operating automated production/packaging systems
